The first fourteen days

Warm, nourishing meals prepared in your home to support rest, healing, and an easier transition into motherhood.

Price: $1,900

The First Fourteen Days meal plan includes:

  • Mother’s First Meal

  • Two days per week of in-person meal preparation

  • Three complete, warming meals per day served to you

THE FIRST FORTY DAYS

Deep, ongoing nourishment prepared in your home to sustain rest, recovery, and strength through the full postpartum window.

Price: $2,900

The First Forty Days meal plan includes:

  • Mother’s First Meal

  • Two days per week of in-person meal preparation

  • Three complete, warming meals per day served to you

  • Healing herbal drinks

  • Nourishing snacks

  • A personalized menu created together‍ ‍


  1. We meet before delivery to collaborate on the best types of meals that fit your dietary needs, restrictions, and tastes + discussing what kitchen tools and pantry items will need to be bought before-hand.

  2. Prep work: I prep your meal ingredients pre-delivery to have them on-hand at a moment’s notice. I will bring prepped ingredients with me every visit and will be preparing and cooking while in your home.

  3. Post-delivery: I will deliver your first meal to you within 90 minutes of delivery (at home or in the hospital).

  4. Daily: I will be preparing and cooking all meals and snacks for you in-home 2 days per week + some light housework like dishes and keeping your bedside area comfortable.
