Welcome!
Through homemade meals and personalized nutrition I provide the care you and your baby need to start this journey with strength, security, and wellness.
My own difficult and disorienting entry into motherhood opened my eyes to how profoundly unsupported new mothers can feel, even when they are surrounded by love. I experienced firsthand how depletion, nervous system overload, and lack of real nourishment can shape the entire postpartum season. That passage became my calling.
I’m a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), and my work centers on one foundational belief: food is powerful, but being cared for with food is transformative.
In the early weeks and months after birth, nourishment is not just about calories or supplements. It’s about nervous system safety. It’s about repair. It’s about being held, seen, and supported in a season that asks everything of you.
Through in-home postpartum care, I provide deeply nourishing meals and grounded support that honors the whole woman (body, mind, and spirit). My goal is simple: to help define your postpartum experience with steadiness, warmth, and true nourishment.
Because how a mother is cared for matters. And it echoes far beyond those early days.
My Approach
I mother the new mother through the Shelley Rahim Method — a framework rooted in time-honored postpartum traditions practiced around the world for thousands of years.
1. Warming Foods
Meals that support circulation, digestion, and deep recovery after birth.
2. Easily Digestible Foods
Gentle, simple preparations that allow your body to heal without strain.
3. Nutrient-Dense Foods
Replenishing ingredients that restore what pregnancy and birth require.
4. Food Made with Love & Intention
Because nourishment is not just physical — it is emotional and energetic.
5. Meals Served to the Mother in Bed
True rest is not a luxury in postpartum. It is foundational.
